Today, the weather has been decent for once. I know we are well into July, but it really has been complete cack recently. But with some actual sun and warmth, I went shopping without a coat. Not always advisable in these territories!

Treated myself, as I do from time to time, to a copy of Men's Health magazine. This month, there's a guy on the front whose body fat index must be horrifically low. Yes, I know I am building a chest and arms, but there is a line, you know! Like a guy with huge shoulders? Here you go. Don't have nightmares!

That said, even IE11 may also bring shame and tribulation down on your viewing experience. As for Microsoft Edge™, who knows what that will bring.
